Opening Weekend Is Finally Here at Blue Sea Motor Inn

This weekend officially marks the opening of the Blue Sea Motor Inn for the 2026 season, and honestly, we couldn’t be more excited to welcome everyone back.

Every year, opening weekend feels like the real start of summer for us. It’s the first coffee on the patio in the morning, the first beach walks of the season, and the return of familiar faces who make Provincetown part of their yearly tradition. Some guests come for the peaceful ocean views and relaxing atmosphere, while others come ready to explore everything this amazing town has to offer, from incredible restaurants and local shops to art galleries, whale watches, nightlife, and unforgettable sunsets.

One of the best parts about visiting this time of year is getting to experience Provincetown before the peak summer rush. The weather is getting better every day, parking is easier, reservations are easier to grab, and the whole town has this exciting “new season” feeling.
