2 Night minimum stay in season required, 3-4 nights minimum for Holiday Weekends
1 Night Deposit is required for Reservation paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
$500.00 Deposit for Each Weeks Stay Required on Efficiency Units. (Sat-Sat) in Season.
The balance of your reservation is due upon arrival. Mass Room Tax 9.7%

REFUND POLICY - A Written Notice of Cancellation is required. For regular motel rooms notice must be received by us fourteen (14) days prior to your scheduled arrival. A thirty (30) day written Notice of Cancellation is required for efficiencies. You will incur a $25.00 service charge on motel rooms, $250.00 on efficiencies when refund is permitted. Reservation deposits made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

DO YOU HAVE HEAT / AIR CONDITIONING?
Yes all rooms have heat/ a/c.
DO YOU HAVE PHONES IN THE ROOMS?
Yes all rooms have phones.
DO YOU HAVE LAUNDRY FACILITIES?
Yes we do have coin operated washers and dryers for our guests only. We sell laundry detergent the office. You may also get change at the front desk. The cost is $2.00 to wash, $2.00 to dry.
DO YOU PROVIDE COFFEE FOR THE INROOM COFFEE MAKERS?
We do have coffee, cups and condiment packets in the office, free of charge.
DO YOU PROVIDE GRILLS?
We do have a BBQ pit near our pool for our guests to use. We do not provide charcoal. If you need to borrow BBQ utensilsask in the office.
HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM PROVINCETOWN?
We are 2 miles to the center of Provincetown.
DO YOU HAVE A SHUTTLE BUS?
We are a shuttle bus stop. You can pick up the bus across the street from our office. Please check the bus schedule, it varies according to the time of year.
