REFUND POLICY - A Written
Notice of Cancellation is required. For regular motel rooms
notice must be received by us fourteen (14) days prior to your scheduled arrival. A
thirty (30) day written
Notice of Cancellation is required for efficiencies. You
will incur a $25.00 service charge on motel rooms, $250.00 on efficiencies
when refund is permitted. Reservation deposits made within 14 days of arrival
are non-refundable.
